What is the value of a personal trainer or physical therapist? With acquired experience and expertise we don't have, they stretch us to a place of discomfort to expedite our healing and strength. My work as a 'perspective trainer' requires I stretch the perspective of those I support, for the same purpose - to increase healing and strength. Often, it's to a place that doesn't initially feel comfortable.
